I had a quick question about my order and, to be fair, they replied quicker than I expected. I was a bit annoyed I even had to chase it up in the first place, but the person I spoke to was friendly and got it sorted without turning it into a whole ordeal. it’s nice dealing with a shop that actually answers properly. I’d order from them again.

Ordering was simple and the confirmation came through quickly, so that part was all good. Delivery took a day longer than I expected, which was totally fine... I mean, not ideal, but fine. Everything arrived okay in the end, so no big drama

I ordered from Rani & Co and, to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything arrived.
The dispatch email came through soon after ordering, and the parcel showed up earlier than I thought it would. The packaging was decent as well, and everything was in good condition.
Overall, it was a really smooth delivery with no hassle. I’d happily order from them again next time I need something...

I returned an item because it didn’t fit, and from what I could tell, the whole process was straightforward. I’m not sure if it’s always this smooth for everyone, but in my case the refund came back quicker than I expected. No real hassle, so I’m happy with it.

"Quality was genuinely better than I expected"
I ordered from raniandco.co.uk and, i was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I’ve had a bit of service fatigue lately from dealing with online orders that need chasing up or end up being disappointing, so I wasn’t expecting much, but the material feels really nice and doesn’t look cheap at all.
I’ve used it a few times now and it still looks pretty much new. The colours match the photos really well too, which is always a relief when buying online. Overall, really happy with it and I’d definitely order again.
